Returns

Our returns policy lasts 45 days. If the stated days above have passed since your purchase date then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

By all means you can remove your order from the packaging to test the product in a clean indoor area.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order form which you can email back to [email protected]

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please message us using the contact us page or by emailing [email protected]

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale Items:

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please message us using the contact us page or by emailing [email protected] before attempting to return your item back to the specified manufacturer below with any paperwork that arrived with the item.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for the applicable shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
